St Stephen's employs a 24hr security team. All our Customer Service Officers are SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed. For your safety and security, CCTV cameras operate in St Stephen's and surrounding land. If you need any assistance, please approach a member of the security team who are positioned throughout the centre.

St Stephen's has gone wireless and now offers free BT wifi to all of its customers.
St Stephen's uses Child Safe Zones to reassure parents and get help fast.
Look out for window stickers carrying our helpline number. If you lose a child or need to report an incident, call the helpline or talk directly to our Customer Service Officer's patrolling the centre.
Complimentary wristbands can also be collected from the Centre Management Suite; simply write your mobile number on the wristband and place it on your child. If your child is then lost in the centre at any point, our officers can contact you right away.
