Six-year-old Elsie May Metcalf was treated to a VIP evening at St Stephen’s on 15th November as part of the centre’s Christmas celebrations and festive lights switch-on.
As part of the celebrations we asked Elsie May to name our reindeer.
She has named him Stanley after her twin brother who passed away earlier this year.
Jim Harris, centre manager at St Stephen’s, said: “Elsie May is a wonderful little girl whose bravery is truly inspiring. Supporting our local community is hugely important to us, which is why we wanted to do something special for Elsie May and her family in the run-up to Christmas. We hope they enjoyed the event as much as we enjoyed having them.”
