At St Stephen’s, we are continuously working to improve the overall customer experience. The centre’s participation in the WorldHost training programme is a perfect example of the time we invest in our staff to ensure high customer service standards. The entire team has embraced the programme and put the skills they learnt into their everyday working lives.
St Stephen’s is also proud to be officially known as a Dementia Friends shopping centre. This means our staff has been trained in how to assist customers affected by dementia with kindness and efficiency. It is important to us that the centre is accessible to all members of our community, and we believe that tailoring our service depending on the needs of individual customers is key to having a strong relationship with the surrounding civic landscape.
