There are clearly signposted Baby Changing facilities on the ground and first floor offering lockable rooms with sinks, a changing table, high chair, nappy dispensers and nappy disposal units. Changing facilities can also be found in the women's toilets.

St Stephen's promotes a breastfeeding friendly policy and many of the stores have family friendly facilities, such as; bottle warming, larger sized changing rooms for parents with prams and children's activities to entertain them whilst you shop.

A recent addition to family services is the ability to hire a buggy if you park in the St Stephen's multi-storey car park. Please see the car park host for further details.
