Meet The Manager

I grew up just across the river in North Lincolnshire and have therefore seen at first hand the changing fortunes of the East Riding and in particular the recent huge improvements to the retail offer in Hull city centre. Arriving as manager of St Stephen's in the summer of 2009 I am keen to keep the visitor experience as pleasant as possible with the aim of providing all customers with the highest possible standard of customer service when visiting our Centre for either retail or leisure use.

The whole St Stephen's team is fully committed to providing you with a clean, secure and environmentally friendly shopping experience which lives up to your expectations whatever time of the day you are visiting us. Similarly, I would also like to hear from you if any retailer or especially if a member of the St Stephen’s team has given exceptionally high levels of service to ensure that we can thank and reward that person individually.

St Stephen’s management team encourages retailers, when recruiting, to always recruit locally and any job vacancies are shown under our Jobs heading.

We care for the environment and work tirelessly in reducing our carbon footprint and will recycle over 60% of our waste during 2010 while reducing power consumption by 20%.
