St Stephen’s award-winning safe and secure multi-storey car park is open 24 hours a day all year round for your convenience. As one of the newest city centre facilities we offer a high and effective standard of security features combined with motivated and capable staff. This is reflected in a crime free site over the past year. Therefore full SPA membership for a further year’s period has been awarded.
For parents, life has been made even easier as you can now hire a buggy for FREE for the duration of your stay. Please see the car park host for details.
Through our good relations with Hull City Council, coach parking is available at the Paragon Interchange, which is just next door to St Stephen's. Please contact Centre Management on 01482 313960 for more information.
Car Park Tariffs
Up to 1 hour = FREE *
1-2 Hours = £2.00
2-3 Hours = £2.50
3-4 Hours = £3.20
4-6 Hours = £6.00
6-8 Hours = £8.00
8-10 Hours = £10.00
Over 10 Hours = £20.00
You can park for FREE after 6pm when you visit one of our restaurants or Reel Cinema by asking a member of staff in that leisure facility to validate your car park ticket before you leave.
Parking after 6.00pm is just £1.00 when you're visiting to enjoy the late night shopping here at St Stephen's. Patrons to Hull Truck Theatre may also take advantage of this offer.
Sunday parking is £2.50 - Maximum all day charge (from 8.00am - 11.00pm)

Tesco Superstore (Park Street entrance) offers two hours free car parking for their customers convenience***
